TRAINEESHIPS

Traineeships combine structured workplace training with paid employment.  Training may be delivered totally in the workplace, online via e-learning  or some aspects may be delivered in the  classroom at the College’s campus in Surry Hills. We can also design and deliver a blended learning program combining some or all of these options.

The College currently has traineeships available in Business, Business Administration and Hospitality at varying levels of qualification (Certificate II, III or IV).  We are able to offer both New Employee Traineeships and Existing Worker Traineeships

A Traineeship is an ideal way to ensure that employees gain improved skills and perform their daily tasks. Our training methods and resources are designed to enhance our students' abilities, and we aim to help employees turn information into knowledge.

Available to anyone of working age with or without a secondary school certificate or other qualification. You can be a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce or an adult worker simply wishing to change careers

Completion of a traineeship leads to nationally recognised qualifications and skills which provide the basis for further education and training over the course of your working life.
